Apotek Hana Kitchen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in developing and implementing training programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
