📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and experiences, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure necessary resources and services for event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed event schedules, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth event execution.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring the smooth running of the event.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage with potential attendees.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and training programs to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of post-event reports, including feedback collection and analysis to inform future event planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
