Estimator / Site Engineer

We are urgently seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with a PRC license to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential developments to large-scale commercial and industrial projects, all while contributing to the growth of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered, from materials to labor and equipment. You will also be on-site to oversee project execution, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects using software such as Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all items are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to project teams as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction estimation and project management.
• Valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license for Civil Engineers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
