📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular audits to assess operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing or distribution environment.,Strong understanding of coffee processing and quality standards.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
