Stripe is seeking a talented Operations Associate to join our Sanctions team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with international regulations and maintaining the integrity of our platform. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in monitoring transactions, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, and supporting our compliance efforts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities.
  • Conduct due diligence on customers and businesses.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
  • Provide support to the Sanctions team in the investigation and resolution of compliance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our platform.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or law.
  • Previous experience in a compliance or operations role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international regulations, particularly those related to sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
