📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials and finished products.,Identify and document quality issues and defects.,Work with production teams to resolve quality problems and prevent recurrence.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Proven experience in quality control or a related field.,Understanding of quality control standards and procedures.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
