Sentral Joko Tea is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy,Work with developers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other documentation formats,Familiarity with version control systems like Git
