📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.,Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve financial performance.,Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.,Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance data accuracy and reporting.,Represent the finance department in strategic meetings and present financial information to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving financial performance improvement.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience with financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
