📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure high-quality and efficient production of medical devices.,Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address production issues and improve overall performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant standards.,Support the development of new products by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the manufacturing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in medical device manufacturing preferred.,Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.,Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes, including sterilization, packaging, and quality control.,Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
