CV Optima Kencana is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the accounting department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements,Prepare and maintain budgets and financial forecasts,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting documents,Provide support to the accounting manager in the preparation of financial analysis and other accounting projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently
