In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the recruitment team in achieving their targets.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
