📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and in good condition.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.,Prepare and maintain food safety documentation.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure that all food meets the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality food in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take on leadership roles when necessary.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
