📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Assess employee training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.,Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure they are meeting their training goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel within Kalimantan Timur as needed.
