📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics to optimize fleet performance.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs and improve overall fleet efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance history, and performance data.,Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and any issues that need to be addressed.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field. Relevant certifications or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
