📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Create and maintain menus, including seasonal and special dishes.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to create and maintain menus, including seasonal and special dishes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
