NOVA Indonesia is looking for a talented and passionate HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage benefits administration and payroll processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
