📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and KPIs.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent brand standards and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
