📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and catering staff to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service during banquet events.,Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver excellent service.,Manage inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are available for banquet events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to banquet services.,Assist in the development and implementation of the banquet menu and special requests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering services.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
