Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees,Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning and development programs,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide guidance and support to employees seeking to develop their skills and knowledge,Evaluate and recommend new learning and development tools and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for employees at all levels
