📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus
