In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our members and guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including court bookings, facility maintenance, and staff scheduling.,Ensure the club runs efficiently and effectively, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.,Manage and develop the operational team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Monitor and maintain the club's financial records, including revenue and expenses.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the club's overall success and growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the club at events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sports management, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role within the sports or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the sports industry and a passion for the sport of padel.
