📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
