Mart Bay Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to meet their material and supply needs.,Participate in procurement strategy meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
