PT Fajar Logistik is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who can take charge of our restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with strong leadership and management skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage restaurant budgets and financial performance.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
