Mega Prime Foods is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Capability Development Officer to join our Modern Trade Growth team in Bali. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our FMCG products through effective sales training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.,Conduct regular sales assessments and provide constructive feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve performance targets, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FMCG sales, and incorporate this knowledge into our training programs.,Organize and facilitate sales workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to support the development of our sales team.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales training, or a related role in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and develop others effectively.,Proficient in using sales performance tracking and analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
