📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounting department, including recruitment and training of staff.,Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Maintain and update the company's accounting software and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
