📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share in the Bali Region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and maintain client satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
