📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing products.,Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report defects.,Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure that products meet quality standards.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies to ensure that our testing processes are efficient and effective.,Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and ensure that testing processes align with business objectives.,Participate in code reviews to ensure that code is well-tested and meets quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools.,Experience with manual and automated testing, including tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JUnit.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Experience with performance testing and load testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.,Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
