📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
  • Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
