In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of export and import operations, from documentation to coordination with shipping lines and customs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely processing of shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new export and import procedures and protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans for the export and import department.
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily available for audit purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with shipping software and systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
