📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Manage payables accounts and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts payable with bank statements and other financial records.
• Monitor and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyze payables reports to provide insights for financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
