Material Controller

YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Material Controller to support our Data Center project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction materials, ensuring that inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and cost efficiency are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. As a Material Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our construction materials are procured, stored, and distributed efficiently. You will work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and construction managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure that materials are available when and where they are needed. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you will be instrumental in maintaining the project's budget and timeline.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of construction materials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms, and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with construction managers and project teams to address material-related issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and implement material management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost control
• Generate regular reports on material usage, inventory levels, and procurement activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material management or a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of material management principles, best practices, and industry standards
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in material management or a related field is a plus
