📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deploy and configure Geek+'s robotics and AI solutions in client warehouses and logistics hubs across Southeast Asia.
• Conduct site assessments to identify automation opportunities and recommend tailored solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their operational processes and provide expert advice on how to integrate our technology seamlessly.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with the regional team to develop and implement best practices for solution deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics, AI, and logistics technology, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.
• Provide training and support to client staff on the operation and maintenance of our deployed systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably in robotics, automation, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar robotics frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application in logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
