📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases using QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Participate in financial audits and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Basic understanding of SAP or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
