As a Creative Design Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at RipeConcepts, you'll be responsible for meticulously reviewing and testing design assets to ensure they meet our clients' expectations and industry standards. You'll work closely with our in-house designers and clients to guarantee that every project we deliver is visually stunning and technically flawless.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from branding and digital marketing to print and packaging design. You'll be using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Zeplin to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of design assets, ensuring they meet our clients' specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and clients to address any design issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Utilize industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Zeplin to streamline the QA process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to maintain high standards of visual excellence.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve design assets and processes.
• Ensure that all design deliverables meet technical requirements and are ready for production.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress and address any design-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of QA reviews and any issues identified, ensuring continuous improvement in our design processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance for creative design projects.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma, Zeplin, and Abstract.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual excellence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
