📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage shipping and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes.
• Utilize SAP and JDE systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business growth.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in shipping and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the shipping and logistics team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in using SAP and JDE systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in shipping and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
