📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanics, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with customers to understand service needs and provide accurate estimates and timelines.
• Manage inventory and technical parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering of supplies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the automotive industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring technical staff.
• Certification in automotive repair and maintenance (e.g., ASE, AAM, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
