📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and products to meet client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine sales engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine and industrial products and systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Valid certifications in marine engineering or related fields are a plus.
